    The challengesBad team. All the Projects are pretty old and no one knows what happening in that project. You will be assigned to a legacy project with no inputs and they chase you for deliverables.

    The challengesNo career opportunities to earn higher salary and potential amount of salary are too little for newcomers to cope with rapid rising cost of living. Bonus is 2 digits figure. Impact of work improvement projects aren't that useful in reducing workload. Simplifying the work procedure on one hand but workload ends up being even worst, due to a wide range of new additional steps introduced due to compliance ground which at some point , seems pretty weak in reasoning. Severe lack of understanding of what is happening on the ground. They tried to start work improvement project by understanding the actual work procedure but ends up not knowing one crucial step which is time-consuming due to investigation work but is essential in preventing internal error under control.
