    Local establishment with growth potential
    The good thingsA local logistics company that has a wide regional and international network with sound infrastructure. Management is highly supportive of GTM initiatives and respects inputs/ideas. Modest working environment, not state-of-the-art but functional.
    The challengesThe need to launch the company to the next level will require a bit more corporatization. This should come with the recruitment of more experienced headcount with MNC background and good practices.
