Exhiliratingly fast!The good thingsThe company makes very bold and dynamic decisions to propel the organization towards success. People here are highly intelligent and creative to come up with new ideas. Individual ideas are always welcome for discussion, challenge and improvements. Being in Akamai for a short 1 year has made me grown and learnt many working habits that I have never had. It helps me become a more versatile individual and gain the confidence that I did not have before.

Some of the challenges encountered working in Akamai was the lack of experience when I just joined the company, moving from my first job with only 200 employees globally to a company with thousands of employees. Their fast pace and constant adoption of better ideas may mean that you will need to be versatile to respond quickly to changes. Nevertheless, it has been an exhilirating journey with Akamai.
