Never work in this organisation as it is a terrible place to work
The good thingsSalary and nice office deco. The rest is nothing I can think of.
The challengesNo attempt to improve the overall branding and sales result in the market. Always following what other competitors are doing. Continue to retain those useless and old people and the company can never grow.

A very good exposure working with different cultural diverse groups of people from different regions and countries
The good thingsEdwin is an analytical person who is able to dive deep to investigate, highlight root causes and propose recommendations for a given issue. In addition to his ability to organise projects and activities, he is also a good communicator which enables him to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various level of an organisation. Punctuality and integrity are his added values. He is able to adapt to new working environment in order to fulfil the organisation objectives and/or tasks.
The challengesLearning to meet with the ever changing business environment where demands are coming from external and internal expectations. At times the decision making process took longer than necessay.

Worst Nightmare in my entire working life
The good thingsNothing. The whole organization is useless and nobody is making an effort to improve anything.
The challengesEverything is pre-determined by the longer-serving staffs. All expatriates are earning good money and not wanting to improve the overall conditions of the organization. Areas like Branding, Employees happiness, Culture and Workflow are in a mess.

7 to 8 years in the role, former employee
Regional Paints and coatings Supply Chain and Manufacturing
The good thingsLots of learning opportunities for personal development and generally communications between functions are good. Rising within the ranks for high potential employees are encouraged with good management programs across countries and functions being well executed.
The challengesHigh pace of change - structural, initiatives + programs within a short period causing confusion and inefficiency in work processes. Long term strategic planning could be better executed. High expectations from management for employees to frequently take on scope outside normal work as cost savings in all areas and forms are a top priority.

Frequent lure of employees in with high salary
    The good thingsNon-work related
The challengesAn office where secretaries play bigger role than directors. Solo work was frequently practiced despite saying it was teamwork. Superior like to take credit from staff.
