    Good Company but majority of the system and management are poorly executed.
    The good thingsThere is 12 hours shift, company transport, ground crew people are easier and more transparent to work with, and very committed and helpful.
    The challengesMulti-tasking and way over loading of follow ups. Systems are not well implemented and not efficient but yet expect high performance. As usual, top management either choose to ignore or totally lost link with those who are doing the actual work.
