The good thingsI was a very shy person with only 4 years sales experience when i first joined Paul Immigrations. I felt extremely stressful during the training due to the heavy contents. I wasn't the study type but i was convinced to press on and study hard to understand the terms and the training materials. After i passed the assessment i was given coaching by my peers. I gained confidence while doing client facing and consultants. I truely enjoy to see how much i have changed within this 1 year in Paul Immigrations. I'm extremely thankful!
The challengesLike i mentioned earlier, the training was no joke. Heavy in content and needs lots of hard work even after working hours to memorize and understand the training materials.

The good thingsA very fast paced working environment. There are KPIs and target to meet. However, help and training is always rendered when i needed it. Its very satisfying when i receive my paycheck every month end.
The challengesIt can be stressful at times and you may need to OT often but its paid off by your salary at the end of the month.

The good thingsOne thing i truly enjoyed when working in Paul Immigrations is the salary i brings home. The management sets achievable sales targets and managers will push and motivate you to hit your personal daily targets which aids us alot to hit the monthly sales figures. Help is always provided along the way and i began more and more motivated when i see my paycheck at the end of the month.
The challengesIt can be stressful especially during training as i have little knowledge about the immigrations industry.
