    Poor management
    The good thingsNothing. Work can be smooth and easy if team and management care about their peers and know how to help each other but nope. It's terrible.
    The challengesHaving the worst team and management. No guidance at all. All they want is to have the job done. Dont even bother to ask if anyone's struggling or assist help. When asked for help or solution, they think we're incompetent. So many staff leave and they still cant figure out why.
