    I can good take care of the old people and treatment daily.
    The good thingsI enjoyed at All Saint’s Home because there are senior staffs and nursing department is all kindness and guide me good skill. I accept and work peacefully.
    The challengesI leave from this company after I married because my husband live at Jurong west and working at around . I decided to find the job also there.

    The good thingsRegular Office hours but occasionally worked during after office due to company events.
    The challengesEncountered IT issue but issue was not resolved but passed among the IT staff. IT leadership capbility and competency doubtful when staff approached the IT staff.

    The good thingsl have enjoyed the intimate partnership via working in this Elderly Home.

    It was a eye opener working for a nursing home
    The good thingsEasy job, higher pay for the same position as compared to what other nursing homes are offering. Slow pace due to the limit of the number of visitors that can visit the residents (MOH rule)
    The challengesThe place is very deep inside a residential estate, as such for lunch you have 2 choices. Either you can eat the kitchen food (quality and taste can be a hit or miss) or you have to spend a lot more and order grab food in.

    The good thingsStaff can have free food in the canteen. Small department and can dress casual.
    The challengesSystem changes going on during my time as they need to implement new ERP.

    Transferring the residents from wheelchair to bed, changing the position to prevent pressure ulcers, checking vital signs feed the patient , assisting in personal care like diapers changing and showering

    The good thingsThe staffs are nice and friendly and the working environment is clean and tidy. A balanced work life Voluntarily Work Organisation (VWO).
    The challengesThe IT issues and problems are not resolved when the staffs faced difficulties. The staff could not find who to approach to resolve the IT issues and issues not resolved. The IT capability and IT leadership is questionable. No leadership responsibility.

    The good thingsPay is good if u work hard, they aknowledge ur effort
    The challengesA lot of old staff here which mentally is hard to change. Due to short of manpower or lack of management skill staff refuse to do more. No cooperation.

    The good thingsmanaged to learn different cultures, expand knowledge/perspective on what nursing is all about. boost up self confidence in leadership and management.
    The challengeswanting to upgrade myself while I'm still at the age where i can still grow. in this facility, trying to learn new things is somewhat slow as we all know that majority of the work there is already a routinary.
