too many appointments given on a daily basis without even considering whether how each staff are coping up

The challengesbe able to better manage the appointments schedule for Sales Consultants e.g. 3 surveys - 3 days a week and 2 surveys 2 days a week as this will give the Sales Consultant a breather to be able to complete most of the paper work
