It's really Fun working in a Friendly Environment.The good thingsAlmost all the people are easy to get along with, like you won't hesitate to approach the tenured agents nor the Non-agents for you will see smiling faces with them. The environment as well is a clean work place and there are enough locker rooms for all of the employees and also enough food for everyone in the pantry.
The challengesThe only difficulty I had so far are the customers, who doesn't seem to understand that our employer has a policy that we really need to adhere. That's why I'm always making sure that each contact I've handled will be a happy and satisfied with the service that Alorica offers.
