He is humble and encourages our ideas if it helps the management. And the few colleagues I came across were awesome though younger than me they were experienced people with great character. And last but not least being with children is always fun. I really had a great time to teach what I acquired with my teaching skils. Loved them to the core.
The challengesWe did have challenges with kids who were notorious or with anyother issues. Some parents also cant be handled sometimes, all you need is patience and kindness to deal such issues. Being a supervisor I also had challenges with teachers who didn't show integrity with their work. So advising them was a great challenge, as they will be older to you and experienced as well or younger to me and resist to accept the fact due to age gap. But all for a good experience is worth facing such challenges.
