    its a good manpower supply company to keppel shipyard
    The good thingscompany give payment according to salary date. have increment yearly when company situation is good . i was join as a marine trade worker then alpine supply me to direct yard lifting group as a rigger signalman and i am working now as a technical support co coordinator and document contoller.
    The challengescompany not provide free. worker have to buy his personal protective equipment which is used for company purpose and things all is company requirement . They making some rules it difficult to follow worker but they never discuss with worker .
