    The good thingsU have good colleagues to work with. The job scope is straight forward
    The challengesThe benefits and bonus. Annual leave should be up to 14 days for a contract person.

    Not worth to work & Not worth to OT
    The good thingsAble to learn lots of technical skills. Some colleague, manager and management is good, however got some not good colleague that judgements your work learning and others during your work on 1st day to 5 day. 1st to 5 day work in OT after work.

    Poor Working Environment
    The good things- Freedom to do tests on your own pace, as long as samples are tested within the TAT timeframe
    The challenges- The company on a very low budget. - Very little engineers hired to do QM (Quarterly Maintenance) - Low wages - Uneven staff distribution - Superiors tend to blame staff without much/ no investigation

    The good thingsCan talk freely with manager and supervisors. They are quite understanding. Can listen to music during work.
    The challengesOT rate is at flat rate instead of 1.5. Not worth it. But not much OT anyway in the first place. Low pay for those earning low basic pay. 12 days of leave for non-executive staff. My previous company for about the same role I was given 14 days. Very far off from the nearest bus stop/ mrt. Not a lot of dining options so need to bring your own lunch would be better.

    The challengesPoor welfare and bad management system. Slow increment and no career progression. Seems like MNC but operating like SME. Management and HR does not listen and care for the employees' well-being. Basically a bad environment to be in.
