    The working environment is not very safe (minimal PPE is provided), the working hours are long, micromanaging, and the company operates with outdated practices.

    The good thingsSince we have to work on our own, there are lots of knowledge we can learn. Basically no OT, good for staff who is looking for work/life balance lifestyle. Company transport provided, no need to rush for public transport to Tuas.
    The challengesThe challenge here is to create new product from nothing, at the same time got a lot of limitation like limited raw materials and resources. Besides lots of hands-on laboratory work, there are still lot of meetings and paperworks need to be completed on time. Hierachy system, there are too many managers. Not much career advancement opportunities for younger generation.
