    Not recommended to work long term
    The good thingsSome of the colleagues are nice & helpful
    The challenges- Traditional Company, who behaves VERY nice and make you feel welcomed during interview, after when you have joined, it is a whole new story. - No working experience staff are welcomed but the Company is expecting the person need to know every skills after 3 months. If you do something wrong, the supervisor will complain this and that. - Lots of Follow-up jobs.

    The good thingsIf you are looking for a company to learn a skill maybe can consider, nice fellow colleagues.
    The challengesThe management is not passionate or care about their employees welfare. Stress level is high and strongly not recommend anyone to join for long term career.
