    The challengesdon't ask for a low starting pay because it will be the same for a long time. Always OT, lateness pay cut. Management cannot handle criticism.

    The good thingsColleagues had a very helpful culture which made assimilating into the company a breeze. Smiles and greetings was a normal in the company which made the start of every day easier.

Important decision always made by related employees without informing the ground 3.Challenging to work in relative management environment 4. Any training always on weekend 5. Very high turn over-staff/workers due to unfair treatment/benefits 6. Not related Employees are not trusted for the work-done 7. Resources spent on company equipment rather than workers 8. Min medical benefits 9. Always need to work on weekend due to poor planning of work 10. Management cannot except bad news
