    The good thingsI was lucky to run into colleagues who were willing to share the load alongside me, and a trainer who had extremely vast product knowledge and promoting skills that she passed onto us. I learnt much more than selling skills, but also how to manage relationships, operational details and how to avert crisis and stay calm in the face of stress or unreasonable customers. Also, you learn better about customer needs because they serve a very wide variety of consumers. They also offer monthly gatherings, and chances to get closer to your colleagues.
    The challengesCareer advancement is slow, your working environment depends hugely on your colleagues. It is a company with very strict grooming policies and strike system. Despite there being occasional miscommunications and a limit of understanding between front-line beauty advisors and the office side, usually everyone had a compromise and the boss takes very good care of his workers. Company takes feedback very seriously, both from customers and employees.
