    The company is dying.
    The good thingsUsed to be happy to work there however it's situation is worsen.
    The challengesWrong peoples at the wrong positions. The Operational dept. is chaotic.

    Very nice people
    The good thingsManagers are very supportive and willing to teach... Even managers and colleagues from other departments are very accommodating to juniors of different department.
    The challengesNone I can think of... Since usually we will come together to discuss when something doesn't work well... And try to understand and try to prevent the same thing from happening again.
