    A good way to learn things
    The good thingsLearning new things everyday, but old staff don't seem to be able to communicate with the new staff well. so they will find a way to dismiss new staff. The cycle will just went on and on.
    The challengesTo complete an assignment given within the stipulated timing. And handle with peoples.
