    The good thingsTeams work. Every moments i cherish here. Opportunity to learn.adapt You can horn your skills here. All the associates and the managers communicate to each other during operations. Lastly you need to work ur self here be as friendly as you can here.then u will get to know.thank you
    The challengesEvery day is a new day to me.everyday learning.we are human.mistake sure hav.learn from ur mistake.the challenge is manpower.otha then that i do not hav any problem working in this hotel.as you can see working for pre=opening team hotel.offcos is tuff.some times you work on ur own.means the oulet you are working.you are the only floor associates.i mean incharge person.from serving to taking orders.repeat the order.serving alchohol or non alchohol drinks.as well as food.everything u need to observe like quantity and quality of the foods.presentation.method of cooking.is like fine dining.

    The employees were really great. And it's all about teamwork.
    The good thingsWorking together as a team to get things done. Manager, supervisor, we all look out for each other's well being. I get to liase with different event planner and to attend to their needs for customer satisfaction.

    Great colleagues. Fun-filled environtment. Family like treatment.
    The good thingsGreat working place. Each everyone being treated fairly,equally. We are like a family. Any doubts, issue within work you may share with your management team. New colleagues are train properly by our team on duty.
    The challengesFlexibility esp for parents that have young children. More perks and benefits for staff. Family activity for hotel staff eg: chalet,games. Taking into considerations staff feedback for certain issues.
