One of the most noxious working place ever in my working life.
The good thingsNear home, trying to retain staff by introducing new initiatives and benefits. But it's the bare minimum.
The challengesToxic working environment with toxic colleagues. People here are complacent and stucked in a rut. No improvement and fixated in the brain.

    Supportive colleagues, low pay.
The good thingsIt was enjoyable working with my nursing and medical professional colleagues in dealing with the holistic care of our patient population. It was easy to speak with upper management regarding my problems and goal setting.
The challengesThe pay was pretty low as compared to the general pay for staff nurses. Workload could be better structured at times but was understandable due to staffing issues. Limited advancement opportunities for the general population of nurses.

Charitable Hospital which delivers good patient care from caring and professional clinicians
The good thingsCaring and professional doctors, nurses and therapists who genuinely care for patients and committed to their rehabilitation and recovery process. Wonderful colleagues in friendly, non-Acute step down care work environment with good work-life-balance. Strong Learning program where staff can undertake professional as well as academic courses up to master degree programs. Opportunity to work with state of the art technology like Lokomat, Ameospring and Alter-G as well as other robot-assisted therapy technology.
The challengesMany patient count and workload is increasing due to more patient admissions. Board and Top Management is more conservative and careful in reviewing proposals resulting in longer timeline to get things approved.
