    Dynamic, fast paced and plenty of on-the-job learning opportunities
    The good thingsDynamic, fast paced and there was a lot of chances where you can expect to learn something on-the-job. The site coverage was extensive, meaning you can get to meet various people and colleagues who will work with you to get things done. The main office was also a very tightly knit community. The colleagues were very friendly, and they could make you feel that you belonged, motivating you to work diligently.
    The challengesBeing assigned to roam around from site to site, it can be physically taxing if you do not own a car. Perhaps mentally taxing too, as you need to "switch" from one work mindset to another, as not every site's corporate culture is the same. I think one has to be thoroughly hardened in order to properly deal with the amount of stress one may get in the job.

    Meaningful experience with great support
    The good thingsI worked as a part-timer but still had a great time due to friendly and helpful colleagues. Learned a lot from my experience here and gained important skills needed for the IT sector.
    The challengesCan be quite challenging at times as I had to work independently from time to time but with advice from my fellow colleagues, this was how I learned the most.

    Enriching experience
    The good thingsCompany allows staff to present new ideas and business strategies. Boss is a family oriented individual hence understanding of family commitments. Management places emphasis on staff loyalty and attitude rather than simply performance. A good place to learn all aspects of the work.
    The challengesWorking in a small organization can be challenging as you will need to manage all aspects of work, from sourcing, pricing, order loading, logistics, delivery, billings and payment. Of course, if you are new to the the industry, it provides a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the environment and industry. May be abit overwhelming at times but otherwise all right.
