Very poor local top management
The good thingsNice and sometimes helpful colleagues.
The challengesDon't expect changes from top management. They can't even agree among each other. High staff turnover impacting the team work/life balance.

The good things1. I think the company do have a very good colleagues to mingle around
2. Office area not so bad
The challenges1. Within a year there were 3-5 sales left this company; some were told to leave
2. You might have a hard time figuring out what your immediate in charge wants
3. If you can’t perform within 6mths times most likely you need to leave
4. Many different sales position offered in the past; all told to leave (e.g regional sales manager and now become Strategic Business Development for SaaS)
5. Not just sales ppl left this company but also other departments too...
