    A good working environment with involved bosses and friendly colleagues.
    The good thingsThe work is challenging, a platform for me to learn and acquire new knowledge; with a boss who is a leader, mentor and friend. Working environment is conducive as colleagues are team players, helpful and friendly. We work hard and play hard - we have annual company trips.
    The challengesIf they improve on HR management, be clear on their policies, allow hybrid mode for suitable employees, this will make the company a better place to work in.

    Working at AOX has been a fulfilling experience.
    The good thingsWorking at AOX has been a truly enjoyable experience. The colleagues and management have been highly supportive, fostering a friendly and welcoming environment. The company culture is very family-oriented and I feel that AOX has become my second home. It is a pleasure to work here as I am able to combine my passion for customer service with my job. I am also encouraged to go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
