    The good thingsNothing is good. No worklife balance at all. worker work until forget he got a family.

    The good thingsMost colleagues are understanding and accomodating. No time for office politics as most of us need to do more than one man's job.
    The challengesTop Management refuses to accept changes, practises double standards and not willing to spend on employees' welfare.

    The good thingsGood colleagues. We suffer together.
    The challengesPay below market rate. Expect you do more than 2-3 persons' job. Bonus atrocious. Nothing to look forward to after working so hard. No effort spent to groom staff.
