Poor Top management, No direction

The good thingsMedial and dental benefits.

The challengesTerrible management from top level, always change mind without far sight or proper planning. Lower basic salary with 7/24 working hours and unjustified heavy workload. No career growth at all, company do not appreciate your hardworking.
