    working at NOL/APL is the best , as i have the best teammate, we work as a team always look out for one another i can say we are like a family

    The good thingsGreat place to work and learn about the industry and business. Majority of the staff culture is friendly and helpful. Willing to teach and impart, given the responsibility and trust to act with minimal managing.
    The challengesThe work here is high key during transition phases, peak period, emergencies and crisis. However during periods where the above mentioned is not present, work life balance is achievable.

    The good thingsOffice is located right beside MRT station. Pantry is as big as a canteen.
    The challengesThe people here don't talk. Its like strangers sitting around you. They only communicate when need be for work.

    A Great Company to Gain Experience
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the work togetherness staffs, great managers for managing the operation systematically.. Cooperative & easy to deal with clients/customers. Totally a fun place to work with environment even though it's just located at a warehouse.
    The challengesThe traveling time via public is a little underprivileged as the buses from both Jurong East & Clementi Interchange will always be very pack even though you are as early as 6.45am lining up.. Sometime the road from Clementi towards Jalan Buroh will be jam pack with cars along the Tanglin Secondary School.. Overall everything is fine working with the company.
