    My first full time job, a great experience here!
    The good thingsMy manager is extremely supportive, kind and genuinely cares about me as an individual. I have the most amazing work-life balance, even though my role is fairly demanding and pressurised. All of my colleagues are approachable, helpful, caring and work hard, nothing is too much trouble. I am lucky to be involved in such a forward thinking, ambitious company.
    The challengesThe flipside to the strong focus on workplace culture is that it can make recruitment difficult and leave us slightly short on resource or leadership in certain teams.

    The good thingsWorking for Quantum interactive has been a great experience. The management and co-workers here are awesome. The company always treats you well and the projects I got to work on are always challenging and fulfilling.

    The good thingsWith the change in management last year, the co has been making great strides with strategic leadership. If you’re pro-active and willing to learn, the management team is always willing to teach, nurture and help you in building up your career. It’s a pleasant working environment with good-natured colleagues and adequate benefits.
