    Great mentorship and meritocratic environment
    The good thingsGood commissions system (as my first job) and exposure to various industries. Startup culture suits my working style, so don't expect too much hand-holding!
    The challengesOffice was at a co-working space and the company was hot-desking at that point in time, so it was a bit hard to get a seat.

    A fast moving company using lots of cutting edge softwares
    The good thingsCan work from home for full-timers. Management is receptive to all feedback, Company advocate \"Growth\" mindset which I personally think it's good. Great colleagues as well.
    The challengesWas assigned with quite a handful of clients, challenges are usually from the clients but colleagues are always ready to assist.
