A wild rideThe good thingsThe most amazing work environment anyone can ask for. Chances are people working around you are diverse and incredibly smart and kind too. Work-life balance is advocated, so little to no overtime, or at the very least paid overtime. Your work is confidential, so you get workspace privacy. Oh also, food is good and reasonably priced.
The challengesYou may have plenty of ideas and feedbacks that you want to share, and they will usually be heard, but you may never be satisfied with the response if there is any at all. A constant reminder to self is needed that the rigidity is necessary to keep order—it IS a big company. If you are a contract staff, you'll be treated superbly, but perks are mediocre at best and there is zero career development.
