    Friendly environment
The good thingsConducive-working environment, friendly and helpful colleagues, great bonus and good medical benefit. Ideal place to gain experience on special needs community.
The challengesDominating management that does not really support your personal growth and your constructive feedback. The company has great vision and goals but it lacks staffing to achieve its goals. Hence your role will not be really defined as you have to take up a lot of job which has nothing to do with your role. HR and management staff does not seem to practice confidentiality much. If you are in for experience, then dive in.
