    The good thingsTeam members and colleague are responsible, professional and will always work to solve problem by finding out what is the root cause together. Also have in-house cafeteria, Chinese and Malay stall available.
    The challengesAll workplace will have their ups and downs. Do be patience and always be strong-minded for what this company to expect something from every individual.

    The good thingsGood ot pay, plenty of ot to chiong. Clean environment and depending on departments work load can be okay.
    The challengesNo work life balance, 3 rotating shift, only less than 1/3 of ur life is in day shift. Many system implemented are not working. many work loads and responsibility are thrown to production engineering grp.

    The good things1) Good overview of the manufacturing industry for fresh graduates. 2) Job specific - Technical knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle. 3) Opportunities to work on projects if one demonstrate that he is capable.
    The challenges1) Stressful environment as production is constantly running. 2) Zero tolerance for mistakes as they might lead to downtime. 3) Spend 60% of the time drafting/updating documentation.

    Advantages and Disadvantages of Delphi Automotive System Pte Ltd (Singapore)
    The good things-Employer recognized the hard work and extra effort done. -Colleagues respect your vacation and holidays plan. -Lots of annual leave given. 16 days in first year of joining.
    The challenges-Too many 'agents' (middlemen) and apple polishers in office. -Unbalance workforce can be seen in some competencies. Some people are too busy and some people are too free without much responsibilities. -Too many undesired meetings with no concrete outcomes and plans. Overemphasis of leadership skills and negligence of technical skills.
