No work life balance at all
The good thingsNothing is good here at all.
The challengesMeeting always called after 6pm when official working hours is 830am to 6pm, meeting lasts usually 2-3 hours on average. NO OT PAY GIVEN!

Long working hours and no benefits

The challengesLong working hours, irregular lunch break, no benefits such as OT, bonus etc... Heavy foreign politics and bad communication among the company.

The good things1. Learn to be directional towards the company goals
2. To be responsible and discipline on the tasks given
3. Can enjoy food as food court is just a stone away
