    The good thingsWas working as a part time for Aquatemp PTE LTD. Basically handling HR stuff. New management with handling of staff in systematic way. Management going thru with IT TECHNOLOGY to solve our HR problem.

    The good thingsAble to learn the things from a few department. Might not be like MNC working style. but teamwork do exist inside the company. Overall have to undertake some department job
    The challengesdifferent industries, different way of handling. time involvement is high as usually 5.5days need to work, depend on workload. company stated sat half day work week but some low key weeks we are given off.

    The good thingsI get to learn lots of Hands on experience, which I will never given the chance by other company so far. Bosses r kind and caring for me from time to time during my period of working. If it wasn’t due to migrating, I’ll bear to leave the company.
    The challengesSometimes we have to work overtime due to some submission, however some of the employee r not willing to do so. But I’m perfectly fine with it tho, as it’s not everyday thing. It might be a challenge to other peeps out there who r a little lazy.
