    The good thingsLogistics is a growing & booming industry which allows you to learn more.
    The challenges1) Long working hours, always required to work ot. 2) Demanding supervisor requiring you to meet KPI i.e. calls need to be answered within X secs, need to explain why you didnt answer X number of calls at the end of the day etc. 3) Expects you to grasp knowledge on the spot with minimum guidance, you are expected to answer for your wrongdoing.

Managers are given the autonomy to develop and succeed in their area of expertise with total support from the country manager with planning and resource allocation. An ideal company to enrich for self development too!!
    The challengesSometime it is slow in response but improving with many talents coming on board.
