    The good things* No politics * Friendly colleagues who can teach you along the way * Not stressfull job scope. * no OT * Good for fresh graduate to gain some exprience only.
    The challenges* Totally not digitalise, no online system etc. Very manual * During my times there, not even connected to internet. * Work can become a boring routine after years. * No work progression or advancement. * No career skills development * Managment only care about business and profits. No employees perks or benefits.
