    Prepare to be micromanaged
    The good thingsColleagues are experienced and willing to share their knowledge. Good opportunity to learn if you're a beginner at programming arts events.
    The challengesHigher management has high expectations but has trouble communicating what they want. Expect to attend too many meetings which leave you feeling really busy but not really achieving anything.
