    The good thingsIn Arup, innovation is very much encouraged. Leaders are also open to listening to feedback from people on the ground. They also have access to connect to people around the world, information and news for construction all over the world. People are willing to impart and share knowledge with each other.
    The challengesThe pay could be improved. Lots and lots of late nights too.
