    The challengesLocated in the west but good thing is that company provided shuttle services to MRT stations.

    The good thingsThe culture is positive and there's a lot of opportunities given to employees to learn and explore new things. Employees have the autonomy to manage our work. The people here are also very friendly and good to work with.
    The challengesLimited food options available. Location is quite far but since transport is provided it is still fine.

    The challengesLocation is in Penjuru Lane so not too many choices for food and lunch breaks. But they do offer a big kitchen where everyone eats together

    I'm glad i belong to Arvato
    The good thingsI was given the opportunity to handle a team that I knew I would impact their performance and implement the changes they long needed. In the first 6 months of handling the new team changes were implemented and they themselves liked the changes and thought to themselves that they are now in good hands. The team's performance rose from obscure to a rockin' team!

    The good thingsThe management allowed the staffs freedom to express their own ways of working. There was minimum micro managing. I experienced a family oriented working environment in the first 4 years of my time.
    The challengesThere was little opportunity for career advancement. The company did not practice promoting individuals into other roles, but preferred to hire people from outside the organization.
