    Great Culture & Teamwork
    The good thingsJoined during company start-up and work well with all Top and Middle Management and all employees & contractors/ vendors/ suppliers during my time with company. Many great achievement as a team. Very supportive Top management for opportunities for improvements. Encouraged teamwork. Less politics.
    The challengesMany new systems set-ups during start-up. Worked long hours. Annual shutdown.

    Good colleagues but poor management.
    The good thingsColleagues are helpful and sociable. Benefits are good too. Lots of OTs as there are frequent grade changes.
    The challengesPoor Management. Poor decision making from the management with regards to process. Fault finding culture from the management that depress many technicians causing them to leave the company. Too many manual menial jobs that should be left to the contractor causing technician to develop back aches and muscular pains overtime.

    The challengesLack of work/life balance for some department. Most employee left due to their superior instead of the company. Low career progression too.
