    It was an awesome rollercoaster!
    The good thingsThe company was like 1 big family and the Recreation Committee is very committed to their cause, which is to provide recreation for the staff. I was part of the committee, and I can say that it was fun working with the team and it was rewarding to see the staff enjoying themselves.
    The challengesWhen I was there, it was pretty hectic as we are progressing toward automation and going paperless. However, there was good inter-department support.

    Good Environment for IT
    The good thingsFlexible as long as the job is done properly. Good culture that we will tends to help each other. But the salary is relatively low unless you can a high start up pay.

    The good thingsThe support you received for your team is tremendous. Depending on which team you are in. I'm lucky to be in a great team. Everything is organised including your break time. You have to stick to your timing.

    No OT, no promote, can be a better workplace environment
    The good thingsSo-so, ok if you can handle the pressure and just take your monthly salary
    The challengesNot much OT,prod. operators have no respect for Maintenance AE. They will shout to call you even for small problems and even tho you will always attend to them almost immediately, after >5 years in company no promotion.

    The good thingsWorking in a big and matured IT team, as beginner IT professional ASE offers vast knowledge on all IT components and fields. As a sub con, it never runs out of challenges. Friendly and family atmosphere where everyone knows each other. ASE builds the leader within you if you can endure.
