    So much Potential but fail in every department
    The good thingsSome supportive team, exciting projects
    The challengesMy experience with this company was disappointing. Management lacked clear communication and often changed priorities without notice, leaving employees scrambling to adjust. The work environment felt toxic, with favoritism and micromanagement being common. Promises of growth opportunities were never fulfilled, and feedback was either ignored or met with defensiveness. Work-life balance was nonexistent, as unrealistic deadlines frequently led to burnout. Overall, the lack of respect for employees made this a very challenging workplace.”

    The good thingsI have been lucky to have good colleagues and Managers. I like the hybrid work culture and the fact that I am not micro managed .
    The challengesIts challenging to join in between legacy projects and no one in the team of company can help you with the history or documentations. You have to learn the hard way.

    The challengesNo significant projects. Don’t pay staff well, new national leader came in from overseas, turned the env team into a shadow of itself, very poor leadership style that caused significant stress to staff.

    Great work culture and location.
    The good thingsThe work culture is great. We have fantastic colleagues and senior management who are approachable, humble and friendly. Although we are on a hybrid working arrangement. there are many events that encourage staff from various departments to come together and get to know one another. The company also cares a lot about staff wellness and comfort in the office. We have ergonomic office furniture, massage chairs and well-stocked pantry. The office location is excellent being at Bugis Junction.
    The challengesAt times, resources might be limited and there might be stress for time to complete tasks. It is great that we have an excellent and reasonable management team who help in overcoming these challenges so that it becomes manageable.

    The good thingsSupportive Leadership: Our bosses are fantastic; they genuinely care about employee mental well-being. Team Cohesiveness: Regular team-building activities at AIS! Work Flexibility: AIS allows staff to work from home most days of the week. Fair Management: Decisions are made judiciously. Growth Opportunities: There's ample room for personal career advancement, and I foresee the firm expanding its presence in Singapore and eventually throughout Asia. Continual Learning: The AIS Academy team provides regular (2-3 times/month) top-notch training and development sessions, whether bi-weekly or weekly.

    Poor Leadership and Bad Enviroment

    The challengesOn the inside, its actually a very harsh place, where top management and colleagues can be unsupportive, unkind, blunt and pretentious. Directors only treat certain individuals with respect but the rest they look down and even try to get rid of. Clients, mostly are demanding and unforgiving because they feel they are paying premium fees but most projects lack manpower. Can be expected to work until 3 am nearly every day.

    Review of my short 2 two years working in the company after i gradutated
    The good thingsMy director is very knowledgeable and is willing to share his knowing with junior staff. The company has a very established system and procedures in place that allow newcomers to learn quickly. Besides being clients oriented the company also plays an important role in spearheading change in the construction industry. It is always seeking to improve it's professional image.
    The challengesIndividuals are highly expected to work independently and response to clients must be very prompt. Oftens employees are expected to work overtime to meet deliverables. Can be a highly competitive and stressful working environment for fresh graduates.
