Most co-workers were very close with one another, all were working as a team and is like joining a family. The work itself gave you alot of challenges
however, there are great seniors to guide you along to complete difficult tasks and once it it completed it gave me great job satisfaction. It is a pleasure environment to work where you learn alot from the others and the work nature. The culture is very open and offers a great life balance.
The challengesDue to the nature of the work and competitiveness in the retail industries, there is alot of tight timeline to follow causing lot of pressures. Need to get prepare to get used to working during nights, weekends and holidays if there is major events or project ongoing in the mall. There is also not much flexibility for the employees if you need a few hours off here and there, the company would require you to take time off or your annual leave for your personal stuff.
