Its a collaborative and harmony workplace
The good thingsI enjoyed the teamwork and the transparency of communications. The management is very hands-on and truly a leader that helps the staff solve problems at all level.
The challengesOne of the key challenges is the institute is required to adhere to regulations enforced by multiple government agencies.

Part Time, then took up Intern.

3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
    Overworked, lack of manpower.
The good thingsGet to interact with students, learn about Early Childhood one way or another. Understand student's needs and wants, how to help students and to collect data, evaluations to understand the situations the students are going through. To be able to work very closely with each other as we have a strong sense of team work to help each other and back up one another.
The challengesToo much work per person, almost as if 1 person was given a 2 man job. A few might even be given 3 man jobs. I personally was doing a part time job with them for years and was happy with the environment until I joined them as an intern. They decide to cut costs, hence lessening the amount of staffs and colleagues and therefore, we were all drained & all the juices in our brains were being squeezed
