Good working environment, work life balanceThe good thingsI have all the support I need from my supervisor, great colleague, and the benefit does not meet my expectation but overall, I am satisfied working here, we recently move to new office and everything turns out easier for me to either take public transport or driving to office, and tons of food near our new office. II am expected to use my knowledge and skill to complete my work, also I being given more access and learn compare to my previous company, I will be held responsible and accountable for the quality of my work as a person who join here need to expect that this company requires you to be experience staff and know how to use your skill to complete the task.
The challengesI am required to prepare, learn and adapt to new tasks given by my Team Lead. Sometimes, the work is too much but i do get to learn new skills. The management in Singapore also expect me to avoid making big mistake as i must be very careful not to offend or trigger any escalation.
