    The good thingsGood and helpful colleagues.
    The challengesThe senior management is terrible, only care about themselves and don't really care about the ground situation. No guidance from them and only know how to blame subordinates. Explains why turnover rate is high

    good exposure to hardware and software
    The good thingsable to expose to various cctv & card access system & products , given the opportunity to liase with clients on the maintenance schedule and work closely with my superior
    The challengeslack of manpower support whenever needed for assistance of high altitude works (camera location too high to access at sites, required a 12 steps or even higher ladder, therefore need manpower to assist)
