The praises when you do well at work by your fellow colleagues, the open talks within the office as well as inter-coordination within different departments where we look out for one another to get the job done.
The challengesAt times too many escalations but its understandable along the line that each has his/her role to play. Difficulty in communication with too many people involved but I am given the opportunity to voice out and give suggestions which my direct superior will listen and give comments.
