    • Provide a thorough service by ensuring company Terms and Conditions are communicated clearly to the customers, processing student registration and accepting payments • To maintain a professional relationship with the clients, welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone / e-mails; answering or directing inquiries. • Processing payment via Cash, Cheque, NETS, VISA or Master Card, internet banking transaction. Deposit cash or cheque at the bank. • Arrange schedule and make up lessons, motivate students to come for tuition • Acquire new students by arranging paid trials which are then later converted to sign up • Up-sell lessons and multiple subject offerings • Maintain accurate records of students’ particulars, history of payment details and attendance both in excel and web-based format • Train new staff • Assist branch manager in overseeing the centre’s operation • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the Managements and CEO • Achieve financial objectives (e.g. goals for each term) • Maintain confidentiality of information • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Prepare and assist holiday programme • Attend weekly/monthly meeting & training sessions • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy. Prompt reply and follow-up to customer emails and feedbacks • Follow up on outstanding payment • Ordering supplies, pantry, printer servicing and other necessary maintenance • Handling customers feedback/withdrawal • Carrying out any additional administrative duties as required
    The good thingsI enjoyed it when I hit my target and receive my commission our company is also flexible when it comes with arrangements.
    The challengesso far challenges only occurs when there are difficult customer., but so far so good, I can handle so well because of my very long experience in this job.
