    The good thingsInteracting with customers from all walks of life helps me to sharpen my people management skills. Learning to tackle issues of the Singpass 2FA problems that comes with troubleshooting the problems become a daily routine that helps me find satisfaction.
    The challengesThe work is a bit boring and my colleagues tend to be young and more tech savvy than I do. I try to learn as much from them but just cannot catch what they say. Customers that are not patient is a big challenge for me as they are simply hard to please.
