    Overall, a nice company
    The good thingsRegional traveling, exposure to Japanese work culture and the professionalism demonstrated by counterparts from all over the world
    The challengesLocal office is a mixture of local and regional workforces. This resulted in role confusion for the employees in regional portfolio. Differences in HR practices among regional employees and local employees created HR challenges and impression of preferential treatment.
